Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Channel Performance Manager to join the Ultrasound team at Philips. This is a management level position that requires a blend of strategic development and tactical operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ultrasound market, a tenacious focus on driving business execution and a track record of successful indirect channel performance management. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial approach to driving success, possess strong interpersonal skills and be a strong team player. Ultimately, the Indirect Channel Performance Manager will be responsible for the performance, development, and growth of the ultrasound business through indirect channels.Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in indirect channel performance management, ideally in the ultrasound market • Ability to influence and manage relationships with stakeholders • Superior project management and problem-solving skills • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Aptitude for learning new software and systems

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the performance, development and growth of the ultrasound business through indirect channels.
  2. Monitor and analyze indirect channel performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and customers.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ultrasound market and competitive landscape.
  5. Act as the point of contact for all inquiries regarding indirect channel performance management.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions for customer needs.
  7. Oversee and manage all activities related to channel performance management.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Develop and review reports and presentations to communicate channel performance results.
  10. Provide training and support to internal and external teams on channel performance management processes and procedures.
  11. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and laws.
  12. Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in channel performance management.
