  1. Lead the industrialization process of new products, from concept to market launch, ensuring that all product design and manufacturing processes meet high standards of quality, reliability, efficiency, and safety.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, supply chain, and quality assurance to ensure the successful implementation of new products.
  3. Conduct thorough research on product design and manufacturing processes, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  4. Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes for new products, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  5. Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for industrialization projects.
  6. Identify potential risks and challenges in the industrialization process and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  8. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize manufacturing processes.
  9. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that products meet all specifications and standards.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on product design and manufacturing processes, providing guidance and support to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Product Industrialization, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Design For Manufacturing (Dfm) Principles And Experience With Various Manufacturing Processes, Such As Injection Molding, Machining, And Assembly.

  • Familiarity With Quality Management Systems And Regulatory Requirements For Medical Devices, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Timelines And Resources.
