- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential reimbursement barriers and develop solutions.
- Serve as an expert resource for internal teams on reimbursement and health policy matters.
- Conduct research and analysis to assess the impact of healthcare policies on patient access to medical technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, policymakers, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and deliver presentations to educate internal and external stakeholders on reimbursement and health policy issues.
- Monitor and track changes in healthcare policies and regulations, providing insights and recommendations for adaptation.
- Advocate for patient access to innovative medical technologies through engagement with policymakers and industry associations.
- Participate in the development and execution of reimbursement strategies for new and existing products.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement And Policy Analysis.
Strong Knowledge Of Government Healthcare Programs, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
Excellent Understanding Of Healthcare Policy And Regulatory Frameworks.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
