- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and promote growth for the RespirTech division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities for business expansion.
- Present and demonstrate RespirTech products to healthcare providers and patients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer support.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management.
- Train and educate healthcare providers and patients on the proper use and benefits of RespirTech products.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent Philips and promote the RespirTech division.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines.
- Manage and track customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of any customer issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and developments in respiratory technology to effectively communicate the value of Philips products.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Developing New Business Opportunities.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In Respiratory Care.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Key Stakeholders, Such As Physicians, Hospitals, And Insurance Companies.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
