- Develop and implement global product strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to guide product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.
- Lead the development and execution of product launch plans, including defining product positioning and messaging, pricing strategy, and sales training.
- Monitor and analyze market and competitor trends to identify opportunities and potential risks to the product portfolio.
- Work closely with regional teams to adapt global product strategies to local markets and ensure successful market penetration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of products and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, including product roadmap planning and portfolio optimization.
- Act as a product expert and representative for the company, participating in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and support for new product launches.
- Monitor and manage product budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for the product portfolio.
- Continuously evaluate and improve product management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Product Management In A Global Market, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Advanced Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Launching Successful Global Products, With A Strong Understanding Of Product Life Cycle Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Development, Marketing, Sales, And Supply Chain.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Global Stakeholders And Customers, And Present To Senior Leadership.
