- Oversee and manage the Non-Conformance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's Quality Management System and ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Lead and participate in investigations of non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes and procedures to prevent non-conformances.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and develop action plans to continuously improve product quality.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on quality management and non-conformance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to product quality.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues and resolutions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the company's Quality Management System.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior quality team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor their progress to achieve continuous improvement in product quality.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Represent the company's quality standards and values to external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems: A Senior Quality Lead, Non-Conformance At Philips Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Quality Lead, Non-Conformance, One Must Have The Ability To Identify And Analyze Complex Issues, And Develop Effective Solutions To Address Non-Conformance Events.
Proven Leadership Experience: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Quality Professionals, Ensuring Timely And Effective Resolution Of Non-Conformance Events.
Quality Auditing Experience: The Senior Quality Lead, Non-Conformance Should Have Experience Conducting Quality Audits And Implementing Corrective Actions To Ensure Compliance With Established Quality Standards.
Effective Communication Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Communicating With External Stakeholders Such As Suppliers And Regulatory Agencies. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
