This role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our alumni and communicating the accomplishments and successes of our institute to the community.   1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with Pima Medical Institute alumni, keeping them engaged and connected to the institute.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and updates on alumni achievements, and effectively communicate these successes to the community through various channels such as social media, newsletters, and alumni events.
  3. Plan and coordinate alumni events, including networking opportunities, guest speaker series, and career fairs, to promote alumni involvement and support.
  4. Utilize various communication tools to effectively reach and engage with alumni, including email, phone, social media, and online platforms.
  5. Create and maintain a database of alumni contacts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase alumni engagement and participation in institute activities and events.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and distribute alumni-related content for the institute's website and social media platforms.
  8. Act as a liaison between the institute and its alumni, addressing any concerns or inquiries and providing support and resources as needed.
  9. Collaborate with the admissions team to promote the institute's programs and services to potential students through alumni success stories and testimonials.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve alumni relations programs and initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with the institute's mission and values.
  11. Attend conferences and events related to alumni relations and higher education to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive alumni information.
  13. Serve as an ambassador for the institute, promoting its values and mission to alumni and the community.
  14. Collaborate with the development team to identify potential donors and cultivate relationships with alumni for fundraising purposes.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the institute's administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Alumni Relations, Event Planning, And/Or Communications.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Diverse Alumni Populations.

  • Proficiency In Social Media Management, Email Marketing, And Other Digital Communication Platforms.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
