- Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve and succeed.

- Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve the dental assistant program.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance and grades.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administration.

- Adhere to all school policies and procedures.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Participate in school events and activities to promote the program and engage with the community.
- Serve as a liaison between the school and potential employers in the dental field.
- Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Uphold the school's values and mission in all aspects of the job.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Practicing Dental Assistant.
Current Certification As A Dental Assistant (Cda) Through The Dental Assisting National Board (Danb).
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Education Or Healthcare.
Teaching Experience, Preferably In A Post-Secondary Education Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Teach And Mentor Students Of Diverse Backgrounds.
