1. Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and prioritize collections efforts based on account status and payment history.
2. Conduct thorough research and analysis on customer accounts to identify and resolve outstanding balances.

9. Monitor and report on collection performance to management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
10. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote timely payments and customer loyalty.
11. Act as a brand ambassador for the company by promoting a positive image and representing Pitney Bowes in a professional manner.
12. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline collection processes.
13. Meet or exceed collection goals and targets set by the company.
14. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to collections and customer service.
15. Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive customer information.
