Job Description

A Determined Contributor who can manage various transactions regarding severance and pension. You are a Self-motivated individual who will work with the team and managers to identify process improvements. Creates severance and SUB agreements using Microsoft Word and Excel tailored to the specifics of the request, reviewing for accuracy and compliance with legal and company policy requirements, probing for additional information if unclear. Processes transactions in multiple systems, including SAP/Workday, ensuring data entries are completed accurately. Processes pension payments for retirees to support the Pension Administration team. Provides input and recommendations on process improvements and improvements of supporting technologies. Works with other internal areas (Payroll, Absence Mgt, Tier I, etc.) to resolve issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a customer service environment

  • Ability to grasp information quickly and probe effectively where additional information is required

  • Ability to work under pressure where tight deadlines are required

  • Human resources experience preferred

  • Thorough understanding of the self service tools and impacts in SAP and Workday
