Job Description

Pizza Hut is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide the highest-quality pizza to our customers. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and organized individual who has an appreciation for the pizza business and a passion for customer service. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for helping to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure that customer service standards are met and all financial objectives are achieved.The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, preferably with Pizza Hut, and must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. The Assistant General Manager must also be able to collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently and meeting customer expectations. Responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager:

  1. Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure customer service standards are met.
  2. Collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently.
  3. Meet all financial objectives set by the General Manager.
  4. Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Ensure customer expectations are met.
  6. Assist with hiring and training new staff.
  7. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  8. Monitor the quality of food and service provided to ensure standards are met.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
  10. Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
