Job Description

Monitor and triage the DSAG inbox and/or other request queues as needed, coordinating with DSAG leadership team to assign-out new inquiries and tasks. Coordinate partner intake, contracting, and bids/RFPs for DSAG’s new and existing vendors (e.g. Tableau). Provide administrative support to National Director as needed, including calendar management and expense management. Assist with planning and coordinating staff development programming, such as health equity and leadership initiatives. Spearhead new projects as requested by the DSAG leadership team. Manage and maintain Asana and/or Jira projects, including updating/curating tasks, authoring status updates, and following-up with assignees on progress.

Job Qualifications
  • At 3 years of experience providing direct administrative and/or project coordination support

  • Proficient in Asana or similar task management software (e.g. Jira, Monday, Basecamp, Trello)

  • Experience and comfort working with remote teams, including use of team collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Google Chat, etc.)

  • Experience using diagramming tools, such as Microsoft Vizio or LucidChart

  • Exposure to visual design practices and/or tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign)
