Accounting Specialist - SEC Reporting

PNC Financial Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Specialist - SEC Reporting to join our dynamic accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and filing of financial statements and other public filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and file financial statements and other public filings with the SEC.
2. Monitor and maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and other related regulations.
3. Develop and execute accounting processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
4. Collaborate with other members of the accounting team.
5. Provide strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication to colleagues and outside parties.
6. Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a timely fashion.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and financial reporting rules and regulations.
8. Analyze financial reports and accounting records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
9. Review financial statements and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
10. Prepare and review financial statements and other required SEC filings.
