- Conduct financial and operational audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify potential areas of risk.
- Assist in developing and implementing audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Analyze data and financial statements to identify discrepancies or irregularities, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide support during audits.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare audit reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuously improve audit processes.
- Build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external auditors to facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in audit practices and procedures.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, and provide support as needed to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Previous Experience In Audit, Risk Management, Or Financial Services Is Preferred.
