  1. Manage and lead a team of tellers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment for the teller team.
  3. Train new tellers on company policies and procedures, as well as customer service best practices.
  4. Monitor and evaluate teller performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  6. Handle complex customer transactions and inquiries, resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  9. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and security procedures.
  10. Act as a role model for the teller team, displaying a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  11. Handle customer complaints and escalate to appropriate channels when necessary.
  12. Assist with teller scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance leadership skills and banking knowledge.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Banking And Financial Services: A Lead Teller Should Have A Strong Background In Banking And Financial Services, Including Knowledge Of Banking Products, Services, And Regulations.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Lead Teller, You Will Be Responsible For Managing Customer Interactions And Providing Excellent Customer Service. This Requires Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, And Interpersonal Skills.
