PNC Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Compliance Program Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the complex regulations and requirements of the NMTC program.   1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the regulations and requirements of the NMTC program.
  2. Monitor and review project compliance with NMTC regulations and requirements.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the NMTC program.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties, including regulatory agencies, auditors, and project stakeholders, regarding NMTC compliance.
  5. Lead and supervise a team responsible for monitoring and reporting on NMTC compliance.
  6. Conduct regular training and education sessions for project stakeholders on NMTC compliance.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  8. Prepare and submit required compliance reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
  9. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to the NMTC program and ensure compliance with any new regulations or requirements.
  10. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure the success of NMTC projects.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements to ensure efficient and effective compliance.
  12. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on best practices and developments in the NMTC program.
  13. Represent the organization in meetings and discussions with external parties related to NMTC compliance.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities and documentation.
  15. Continuously assess and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure the organization is meeting all NMTC requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Credit Compliance, Preferably With A Focus On New Markets Tax Credits.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Tax Laws, Regulations, And Reporting Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Supervise A Team.

  • Attention To Detail And Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
