Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Quality Assurance: The Ideal Candidate For A Quality Assurance Lead Job At Pnc Financial Services Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Will Ensure That They Have A Deep Understanding Of The Quality Assurance Process, Industry Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Quality Assurance Lead Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Issues And Find Solutions To Improve The Quality Of Services And Products. They Should Also Be Able To Analyze Data And Present It In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance: The Financial Services Industry Is Highly Regulated, And A Quality Assurance Lead Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Regulations And Compliance Requirements. This Includes Knowledge Of Regulatory Bodies Such As The Fdic, Occ, And Cfpb.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Quality Assurance Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Quality Assurance Analysts. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Quality Goals And Targets.
