- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Business Banking division.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying cross-selling opportunities and actively promoting PNC's products and services.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review and analyze their financial performance and provide strategic advice.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and attract new business.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements while conducting business activities.
- Represent PNC Financial Services in a professional and positive manner at networking events and industry conferences.
- Continuously enhance and update knowledge of PNC's products, services, and processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior relationship managers in the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop and implement effective client communication strategies.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Business Banking division at PNC Financial Services.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Banking, Commercial Lending, Or Relationship Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Risk Assessment.
Knowledge Of Small Business Products And Services, As Well As Understanding Of Market Trends And Competition In The Business Banking Industry.
