
Media Services Technician
The Media Services Technician operates, maintains, distributes, and supports the audio visual systems of Pomona College’s technology enhanced classroom and meeting spaces. Provide technical and troubleshooting support for the College’s technology enhanced classrooms and meeting spaces, including all hardware and software. Support College events as needed (such as Alumni weekend, family weekend, convocation, graduation). Install software and firmware updates to classroom computers, media control systems/equipment and media services laptops. Track and maintain media services inventory of equipment and supplies. Provide technical support for video/web conferencing. Assist in maintaining digital signage displays and signage computers around campus. Maintain consumable supplies organized and stocked.
A minimum of 2 years of technical experience in the installation and support of media technology
Experience supervising student workers, is preferred.
Must be available to work an irregular, flexible schedule.
