Memebership & Attractions Manager

The Potawatomi Zoo is seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee the Membership Program. This includes retention of current members and acquisition of new members. This individual will also manage the many Zoo attractions such as Zoo Train, Carousel, and Animal Encounters. Partnering with the Guest Service Manager to accomplish departmental goals. This includes staff hiring and training as well as managerial coverage. Establish annual membership renewal schedule and process and send out renewals. File completed membership into an alpha system for auditing and performs related clerical tasks. Ensure timely mailings and accurate data entry, report production and analysis at the end of each processing application. Coordinate mailing list and mailing process for membership newsletter. Coordinate and manage annual Spring Acquisition / membership direct mail. Re-order printed membership materials and other fulfillment items; maintain inventory. Updated printed material as needed. Maintain and ensure accuracy of donor database including software upgrades; requires extensive knowledge and periodic checks and clean-up of systems.
