  • Drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals by developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated team.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall store aesthetic.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct daily floor walks to ensure visual standards are met and merchandise displays are visually appealing and accurately reflect the brand image.
  • Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Continuously assess and improve store processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a role model for the sales team by demonstrating strong leadership skills, professionalism, and a passion for the brand.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Assistant Store Manager Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Sales And Service Environment.
