- Engage with customers to understand their design needs and offer personalized recommendations.
- Utilize knowledge of Pottery Barn products and design principles to assist customers in creating their desired look.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, addressing any concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in interior design concepts, including color theory, space planning, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with customers to create mood boards, floor plans, and other visual aids to help them envision their space.
- Stay up to date on current design trends and Pottery Barn product offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized Design Studio area, including product displays and samples.
- Work closely with sales associates to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling Pottery Barn products and services.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clients And Team Members.
Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design, Graphic Design, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Design Studio Or Retail Environment.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad, Sketchup, And Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Ability To Create Visually Appealing And Functional Spaces.
