1. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting customers in the design studio.
2. Utilize strong design knowledge and skills to help customers bring their design visions to life.
3. Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget in order to provide personalized design recommendations.
4. Stay updated on current design trends, styles, and products in the home decor industry.
5. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a visually appealing and organized design studio.
6. Use effective communication skills to build relationships with customers and create a positive shopping experience.
7. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the appropriate systems and procedures.
9. Attend and participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
10. Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving the design studio and overall customer experience.
11. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products in the design studio.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and inviting environment for customers.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and safety guidelines.
14. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
