Job Description

Pottery Barn is looking for a customer-focused and organized Ecommerce Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring production of Pottery Barn's ecommerce photography and video assets. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that all assets are produced on time and on budget.We are looking for a self-starter who can think strategically, take initiative, and work well in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be a creative problem solver, and have a keen attention to detail.If you have a passion for production, have a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital content, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and staying within budgets, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage production schedules and timelines for ecommerce photography and video assets.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure production deadlines and budgets are met.
  3. Monitor the progress of production projects, ensuring quality control is maintained.
  4. Track and report weekly progress on production projects.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot any production-related issues.
  6. Maintain accurate records of production budgets and expenditures.
  7. Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all ecommerce production requirements are met.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to maximize production efficiency and minimize costs.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and other partners.
