- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, and IT to ensure a cohesive and effective digital strategy.
- Create and manage social media content and campaigns to engage with customers and promote Pottery Barn's products and brand.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate Pottery Barn's digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Write and edit compelling copy for various digital channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to execute digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Digital Marketing, Specifically In E-Commerce Or Retail Industry.
Proficiency In Using Various Emarketing Platforms Such As Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, And Email Marketing Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Seo, Sem, And Other Digital Marketing Strategies.
