Pottery Barn is looking for a creative and energetic Home Stylist to join our team! As a Home Stylist, you will be responsible for helping customers select the perfect pieces for their home. We are looking for someone who is passionate about home décor and has an eye for design. To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for visual merchandising and a deep understanding of customer service. Responsibilities: • Assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces for their home. • Utilize visual merchandising and presentation techniques to showcase product. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, current trends, and industry developments. • Offer product advice and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience. • Assist in the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of marketing plans. • Monitor and manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed. • Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions. • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store. • Meet and exceed performance goals and sales targets.
