This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. You should also have experience working with home décor and furnishings, knowledge of current design trends, and a strong sense of style. Responsibilities:

1. Work with customers to create inspiring and inviting interior spaces
2. Utilize excellent communication skills to discuss customer needs and provide design solutions
3. Maintain knowledge of current design trends and utilize a strong sense of style when creating interior spaces
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Source and select home décor and furnishings to meet customer requirements
6. Manage the overall interior design process, from concept to completion
7. Create design plans and presentations for customer review
8. Monitor budgets to ensure projects remain within financial constraints
9. Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget
10. Provide post-project customer follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
