Job Description

Pottery Barn is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Key Holder to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a people-person with excellent customer service and organizational skills.The successful Key Holder will assist the store manager in leading the team, driving sales and customer service initiatives, and ensuring efficient daily operations of the store. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and successful business.To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. A friendly, outgoing, and responsible attitude is also essential.We look forward to meeting you and having you join our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the store manager in leading the team and driving sales and customer service initiatives.
  2. Ensure efficient daily operations of the store.
  3. Greet and assist customers in the store.
  4. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  5. Monitor and replenish store inventory.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
  8. Provide excellent customer service.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  10. Train and motivate store staff.
