Job Description

Pottery Barn is seeking an experienced Lead Visual to join our retail team. Our ideal candidate is creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for designing beautiful, welcoming store environments that inspire customers to shop. The Lead Visual will be responsible for working with store management to implement visual merchandising standards, create new displays, and ensure that the store is always looking its best.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in design or visual merchandising, along with several years of experience in a similar role. You must also have excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.If you have a natural eye for detail, a flair for creating beautiful retail displays, and a knack for inspiring customers to shop, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement visual merchandising standards for the store
  • Create new displays and curate existing displays that are attractive and engaging for customers
  • Maintain store aesthetics and organization, ensuring that all products are properly displayed
  • Ensure all store fixtures and displays are in working order and in compliance with safety regulations
  • Provide feedback to store management on visual merchandising performance and suggest improvements
  • Train and supervise staff on visual merchandising standards
  • Monitor customer feedback and adjust displays accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising
