
Lead Visual Merchandiser
Pottery Barn is looking for an experienced and creative Lead Visual Merchandiser to join our team and take our store displays to the next level. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for interior design and an eye for detail. Our Lead Visual Merchandiser must have a strong understanding of the Pottery Barn brand aesthetic and a flair for creating stunning visual displays that capture our customers’ attention.This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to showcase their skills and make a lasting impact on the success of our stores. To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum of three years of experience in visual merchandising. Our Lead Visual Merchandiser must have a strong knowledge of the current trends in home décor and the ability to translate those trends into creative and enticing displays. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement creative, visually appealing displays that capture customers' attention and reflect the Pottery Barn brand aesthetic.
- Utilize current trends in home décor to create attractive and engaging visual displays.
- Work with a team to ensure displays are well-organized, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Plan and execute new display strategies and innovative ideas.
- Monitor and adjust displays to ensure they are in line with the Pottery Barn brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure that all visual merchandising needs are met.
- Track and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of store displays, fixtures, and equipment.
- Ensure display areas are kept clean and organized.
- Work closely with the store management team to ensure that all visual merchandising goals and objectives are met.
