
Lead Visual Merchandiser
Pottery Barn is seeking an ambitious and experienced Lead Visual Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the visual merchandising strategy for our stores and online presence to create an engaging and customer-focused shopping experience. You will be a creative problem solver, developing in-store and online strategies for merchandising and display, while ensuring all product displays are up to company standards.The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, a passion for visual merchandising, and an entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, you should have a proven track record of successfully leading a visual team, while also being able to work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and product development.To be considered for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field. You should have a comprehensive understanding of current retail trends, as well as the ability to create innovative display solutions. You should also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to develop relationships with store managers and other colleagues. We believe that an ideal Lead Visual Merchandiser should be creative, organized, and passionate about creating an immersive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:

- Monitor product displays and ensure they are up to company standards.
- Lead and manage a visual merchandising team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development.
- Keep up to date with current retail trends and create innovative display solutions.
- Develop relationships with store managers and other colleagues.
- Analyze customer feedback and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Monitor sales performance of merchandised products.
