Are you a creative and organized professional passionate about photography? Do you have a flair for visual merchandising? If so, join our team as a Photo Merchandise Coordinator at Pottery Barn! In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and appealing merchandise displays that accurately represent Pottery Barn’s brand. You’ll be in charge of all aspects of photography and visual merchandising, from selecting the best products to assembling and styling the displays. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a knack for photography, strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for visual merchandising. Responsibilities:

  1. Select and photograph products to create visually appealing displays that reflect Pottery Barn's brand.
  2. Assemble and style merchandise displays accurately and aesthetically.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization and ensure visual displays are kept up to date.
  4. Collaborate with store and marketing teams to create displays that align with Pottery Barn's overall brand image.
  5. Troubleshoot any visual merchandising issues that arise.
  6. Remain up-to-date with current trends in visual merchandising.
  7. Work with store personnel to ensure product placement is optimized for maximum impact.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer buying behavior and adjust displays accordingly.
  9. Ensure all displays are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Provide feedback on product lines and suggest new products for displays.
