Production Artist/ Retoucher

We are looking for someone who not only has a creative eye for design, but also knows how to apply their skills to a variety of projects and products.The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, an eye for design, and a strong understanding of digital production and retouching. They will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to ensure our products are presented with the highest level of quality and accuracy. Responsibilities:

-Develop and deliver high-quality design and retouching projects for Pottery Barn products -Collaborate with other designers and production staff to ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality in each project -Create and maintain detailed records of each project, including timelines, budgets, and specifications -Follow established design guidelines and standards for each project -Adhere to company deadlines and work within tight timelines -Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget -Ensure digital production and retouching projects adhere to brand standards and guidelines -Provide creative input and solutions to projects in a timely manner -Maintain an organized and up-to-date portfolio of work
