- Assist with product selection, including providing information on pricing, availability, and coordinating delivery or pickup.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with current home design trends and styles to better assist customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to pricing, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with merchandising and restocking of products as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Pottery Barn, representing the company's values and mission to customers.
