- Greet and welcome customers to Pottery Barn with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and understanding the needs and preferences of customers.
- Expertly guide customers through the store, showcasing and recommending products based on their individual style and budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Proactively engage with customers to answer questions, offer suggestions, and resolve any concerns.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
