Stock Associate

1. Receive and unpack new merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory.
2. Inspect and organize merchandise according to company standards and procedures.
3. Label and price merchandise with appropriate tags and labels.
4. Place merchandise on sales floor and in designated areas, ensuring proper placement and visibility.
5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
6. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
7. Maintain a clean and organized stock room and sales floor.
8. Monitor and report any damaged or defective merchandise.
9. Provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers with locating merchandise and answering product questions.
10. Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure merchandise is restocked and replenished in a timely manner.
11. Assist in setting up and taking down displays and promotional events.
12. Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets.
13. Continuously update knowledge of merchandise and store layout to assist customers effectively.
14. Participate in training and development programs to improve job knowledge and performance.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
