  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services to clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our services and offerings.
  6. Develop account plans and strategies to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  7. Conduct regular account reviews and provide reports on account performance and status to management.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities using the company's CRM system.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent customer service and proactive account management.
  11. Communicate client feedback and needs to internal teams to drive process improvements and service enhancements.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support client retention and acquisition.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, embodying the company's values and brand.
  15. Act as a mentor and resource for new Account Managers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process And The Pharmaceutical Market.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
