PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development is seeking a talented and motivated Clinical Data Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of data managers and help ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.   1. Oversee a team of data managers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
  2. Develop and implement data management plans and processes to ensure high-quality data collection, organization, and analysis.
  3. Review and approve data management activities, including database design, data entry, and query resolution.
  4. Monitor and track data management timelines, deliverables, and quality metrics to ensure project milestones are met.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and biostatistics, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  6. Train and mentor team members on data management processes and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  8. Identify and address any data management issues or risks that may impact the successful completion of clinical trials.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and external vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  10. Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to clinical data management and implement best practices within the team.
  11. Manage resources and allocate work assignments to team members based on project priorities and individual capabilities.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  13. Participate in audits and inspections of clinical data management processes and systems.
  14. Represent the data management team in meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status.
  15. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Data Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Life Sciences, Mathematics, Or Computer Science.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Clinical Data Management Processes, Tools, And Regulations, Including Cdisc Standards And Ich-Gcp Guidelines.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
