We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-quality content that promotes our company's services and enhances our brand identity. We are looking for someone with exceptional writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for science and healthcare.   1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PPD's services, target audience, and brand identity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-quality content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to website, social media, email, and print materials.
  3. Write and edit compelling and engaging content that effectively communicates PPD's value proposition and differentiates us from competitors.
  4. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform content strategy and ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  5. Work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to gather information and insights to inform content development.
  6. Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with PPD's brand voice and messaging.
  7. Manage content calendar and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content.
  8. Monitor and analyze the performance of content and make recommendations for improvement based on data and insights.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing and apply them to PPD's content strategy.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors, such as designers and agencies, to create visual assets that complement written content.
  11. Contribute to developing and maintaining content guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.
  12. Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to generate creative ideas for new and innovative content.
  13. Assist with other marketing and communication initiatives as needed.
  14. Uphold PPD's values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Content Creation, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficiency In Digital Marketing And Content Management Platforms, Such As Wordpress And Hootsuite.

  • Strong Writing And Editing Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Compelling Content For Various Audiences.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Pharmaceutical Advertising And Marketing.
