  1. Develop and implement strategies for corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives to align with the company's overall goals and values.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis on current CSR trends, best practices, and industry standards to inform decision-making and program development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas for CSR and sustainability efforts, such as employee engagement, community outreach, environmental impact, and philanthropy.
  4. Monitor and track the company's CSR and sustainability performance, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  5. Identify and engage with external stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, community partners, and government agencies, to build strong relationships and partnerships for CSR initiatives.
  6. Plan and organize events and campaigns to promote and raise awareness of the company's CSR efforts both internally and externally.
  7. Assist in the development and management of CSR budgets and resources, ensuring effective and efficient use of funds.
  8. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines related to CSR and sustainability, and ensure compliance.
  9. Act as a liaison between the company and external organizations to support and coordinate volunteer opportunities and charitable donations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve CSR programs and initiatives to ensure they are aligned with company values, meet industry standards, and have a positive impact on the community and environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Or Social Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Or Related Fields.

  • Strong Research Skills, Including Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations Related To Corporate Social Responsibility And Sustainability.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Data And Research Findings To Various Stakeholders.
