The Desktop Publisher will have the opportunity to develop and execute a wide range of projects using desktop publishing software. From designing and producing documents to creating layouts for digital and print materials, this position is responsible for ensuring that our projects meet our high standards for quality and accuracy.To be successful in this role, the Desktop Publisher must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should also demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other desktop publishing software• 3+ years of experience in a similar role• Knowledge of design principles, including color, type, and composition• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilites:

1. Create and produce documents and layouts for digital and print materials using desktop publishing software.
2. Ensure projects meet high standards for quality and accuracy.
3. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
4. Maintain organized records of all projects.
5. Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
6. Develop innovative ideas to improve the quality of design work.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that design standards are met.
8. Lead training sessions and provide guidance on desktop publishing software.
9. Monitor trends in graphic design and desktop publishing to stay up-to-date.
10. Troubleshoot any technical issues with the desktop publishing software.
