
Director - Project Management
As a Director of Project Management at PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget, and with high quality results. You will be a key leader in the organization, implementing best practices in project management and working with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You will be a champion for change, developing and executing plans to improve processes and maximize resources.To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of strong technical and interpersonal skills. You should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in a project management role. A project management certification is preferred. You should have a deep understanding of the product development cycle, from concept to launch. You will be a confident and focused leader, able to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership. You should be an excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate objectives and deliverables, and resolve any issues that arise. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to effectively prioritize tasks.
