We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Investigator Services Assistant at PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our team of Investigator Services Managers in their day-to-day operations.   1. Assist the Investigator Services Managers in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  2. Maintain and update investigator information and records.
  3. Communicate with investigators and site personnel, providing excellent customer service and support.
  4. Coordinate and schedule site visits and meetings for the Investigator Services team.
  5. Assist in the preparation of study materials and documents.
  6. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company and regulatory guidelines.
  8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge of clinical research.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Provide administrative support to the Investigator Services team as needed.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  13. Act as a liaison between the Investigator Services team and other departments within the company.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Investigator Services Managers or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Prior Experience In A Research Or Investigative Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Collect, Organize, And Analyze Data.

  • Proficiency In Computer Applications And Databases, As Well As Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And Deadline-Driven Environment, While Maintaining Confidentiality And Professionalism At All Times.
