  1. Oversee and manage centralized monitoring activities for clinical trials conducted by PPD, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all centralized monitoring processes.
  3. Develop and maintain centralized monitoring plans and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  4. Lead a team of centralized monitoring specialists, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
  5. Conduct regular trainings and workshops for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in centralized monitoring.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to centralized monitoring, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk-based monitoring strategies and implement them across all clinical trials.
  8. Conduct quality control checks on centralized monitoring activities and ensure timely resolution of any issues or discrepancies.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in centralized monitoring and implement them in PPD's processes.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the centralized monitoring team, promoting innovation and efficiency.
  11. Act as a point of contact for clients and regulatory authorities regarding centralized monitoring activities.
  12. Collaborate with business development teams to present PPD's centralized monitoring capabilities to potential clients.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Healthcare, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, With A Focus On Centralized Monitoring Or Risk-Based Monitoring.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team, Preferably In A Global Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of International Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Research, Including Ich-Gcp And Fda Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
