- Oversee and manage centralized monitoring activities for clinical trials conducted by PPD, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all centralized monitoring processes.
- Develop and maintain centralized monitoring plans and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead a team of centralized monitoring specialists, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in centralized monitoring.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to centralized monitoring, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk-based monitoring strategies and implement them across all clinical trials.
- Conduct quality control checks on centralized monitoring activities and ensure timely resolution of any issues or discrepancies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in centralized monitoring and implement them in PPD's processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the centralized monitoring team, promoting innovation and efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and regulatory authorities regarding centralized monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with business development teams to present PPD's centralized monitoring capabilities to potential clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Healthcare, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, With A Focus On Centralized Monitoring Or Risk-Based Monitoring.
Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team, Preferably In A Global Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of International Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Research, Including Ich-Gcp And Fda Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
