- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to clients on a regional level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective pricing.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings within the supply chain and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Analyze data and trends to forecast demand and ensure adequate supply of products.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain operations and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Train and mentor team members in supply chain processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to track and report on supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve supply chain operations.
- Act as a point of contact for any supply chain-related inquiries or issues and provide timely resolution.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes to support the growth and success of the supply chain department.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Logistics.
Excellent Project Management Skills And The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
