- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote PPD's contract research and development services for the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Create high-quality and impactful marketing content, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and scientific teams, to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and maintain brand messaging and voice across all marketing materials and channels.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
- Utilize SEO and keyword optimization techniques to improve the visibility and reach of marketing content.
- Work closely with graphic designers, web developers, and other internal and external resources to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical and scientific content for marketing materials.
- Ensure all marketing content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with planning and organizing events and conferences to promote PPD's services and brand.

- Provide support and guidance to junior marketing team members as needed.
- Represent PPD in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Content Creation And Management
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry And Regulatory Requirements
Strong Writing And Editing Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy
Experience With Digital Marketing Strategies, Including Seo, Social Media, And Email Marketing.
