  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of medical information related to pharmaceutical products and their usage.
  2. Respond promptly and accurately to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal team members.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant medical literature, industry guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update medical information materials, such as product monographs and FAQs.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all medical inquiries and responses in compliance with company procedures.
  6. Provide training and support to internal teams on medical information and product knowledge.
  7. Monitor and report adverse events and product complaints to appropriate parties in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  8. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies.
  9. Participate in the review and approval of promotional and educational materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the medical information team.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data privacy and protection policies.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in medical information practices and regulations.
  13. Represent the company at medical conferences and events as a subject matter expert.
  14. Adhere to company values and promote a positive and collaborative work culture within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Previous Experience In Medical Information Or Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably At Least 2-3 Years.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Process And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proficient In Medical Terminology And Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Scientific Information.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With Attention To Detail And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
