
Project Manager - Pharma R&D

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of R&D projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and effectively communicate project updates, progress, and any issues or risks.
- Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular project team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor project budget and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within scope and on budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and problem-solving.
- Mentor and train junior project management team members to develop their skills and knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times, promoting a positive image to clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Or Chemistry.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Drug Development.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
Project Management Certification (E.g. Pmp) Is Preferred.
