- Conduct research and experiments as directed by the project lead.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from experiments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Assist in the design and development of research protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to project discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the course of research.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific literature and incorporate new findings into research projects.
- Communicate research findings through written reports and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance scientific knowledge and skills.
- Identify and recommend improvements to research processes and procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to PPD's code of conduct and ethical standards at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacology.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Research Or Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of And Experience With Various Research Methodologies And Techniques, Such As Cell Culture, Elisa, Pcr, And Hplc.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Collaborate With Colleagues From Different Departments.
