
Senior Account Manager BioPharma
PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Senior Account Manager BioPharma to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the biopharmaceutical industry, while ensuring successful delivery of our services. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and have a proven track record of managing complex projects and accounts. We seek someone who is an excellent communicator, has a passion for customer service, and is a self-motivated leader. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with biopharmaceutical clients, proactively seeking new opportunities for collaboration.
- Manage complex projects and accounts, ensuring successful delivery of our services.
- Effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
